Description

This rare vintage maxi dress was designed by Gino Charles in the 1960's. It is a fabulous sleeveless dress with a sensational rare design! The bodice is bright pink with a v neck, and the quilted long skirt of the dress is adorned with polka dots, and bright pink, yellow and orange butterflies, and sparkly gold thread. Each butterfly is adorned with multi-colored rhinestones, with large blue sequins with rhinestones at the center for eyes and additional decoration. Blades of green and purple grass cover the hem.

The pink belt has two snaps, and adjusts to two positions. There are two skirt slit pockets at the hips and the dress has the Gino Charles A Division of Malcolm Starr, Inc. label.

This dress is in over all very good to excellent condition. There are a few very faint spots which may come out, 1 missing and 1 broken sequin, 2 very tiny snags, belt is buckling, and a very slight fade to only very the top of the shoulders.

We estimate this dress to be a modern day size 6, but please refer to the measurements to determine fit.
