Description

This creamy ivory Summer weight wool cutaway tuxedo jacket was designed by Alber Elbaz for the Lanvin Spring / Summer 2015 runway collection. The jacket has the Lanvin 125 label, which celebrated the 125th anniversary of the house of Lanvin. Elbaz paid homage to the history of the label by incorporating discreet vintage elements into his modern signature designs. This jacket is a great example of that and includes his iconic raw edges and other style elements. The shoulders are nicely structured with shoulder pads and the pointed collar is notched and finished with a row of topstitching. There is a single breast pocket that is sewn closed and the back of the jacket has a lovely kick pleat that measures 11".

This open front jacket is fully lined and was made in Italy. We estimate that this would best fit a modern day US size 8/10. Please use the measurements as a guide for the most accurate fit.

“I think the purpose of fashion is to cause happiness. Beauty can be modern. I’m in research for beauty, desire, and dreams.” Alber Elbaz.

BUST: up to 40"
SLEEVE LENGTH: 24"
