This is an absolutely gorgeous Chanel Boutique skirt suit from 1983. This suit is a cream wool boucle tweed with a black camellia flower Chantilly lace overlay, and is fully lined in cream silk.

The skirt zips up the side and secures at the waistband with a hook clasp, and the jacket is open with just one hook and eye at the neck. It has vertical stripes of lace trim, and the jacket has a thicker lace trim and two pockets also trimmed in a wider lace.

This gorgeous outfit was originally purchased at Bergdorf Goodman and needs to be seen and felt to be believed - it is truly stunning. This suit is in excellent condition, with only one small pull to the lace on the sleeve that is not noticeable when worn.

It is a French size 40, we estimate this would best fit a modern size 8.
