New York Gold Seal Pattern 1308 for a pretty 30s dress with flared skirt, optional attached belt, short cape or puffed style sleeves, and gathers. Fits 36" bust and 39" hi-ps with a finished length of 49". Pattern is unprinted, cut, but complete.
