Vintage Mommy and Me Mother Daughter Vintage 1950s Matching Skirts
We are fortunate to have two original 1950s vintage Mommy and Me outfits for a mother and daughter! Both outfits are from the same estate. The little girl's outfit here is from the high end 1950s store Countess E. Nemes - Paris, Cairo and San Francisco, and both the blouse and skirt bear that label. The mom must have had her personal seamstress create a skirt to match! This purchase will include the two piece daughter's outfit and the mother's skirt. The blouse is just in the photo to keep the mannequin modest.
The skirts are full circle and made of a heavy pink felt and the little pink blouse is most likely a stretch rayon and has an adorable rose applique to match the skirt's and mother of pearl buttons. Both are from the 1950s and are in excellent condition. Daughter's skirt has button opening and the mother's skirt has a metal zipper. The roses are a little different but I know that the mom's skirt was made in the 1950s to match the daughter's outfit as closely as possible. This estate had very fine children's clothing from the best designers including Schiaparelli! Shown with crinoline slips (not included).

Mom's skirt length | 31" |
