This 1950s vintage swimsuit from Carolyn Schnurer is one of my all time favorites!! . Carolyn Schnurer was a designer who, like Tina Leser, Claire McCardell, Clare Potter, Bonnie Cashin, Mollie Parnis and Pauline Trigere, designed clothing for the needs of modern American women. Her swimsuits are very hard to find now and this one was most likelly never worn, which makes it even that more desireable! It is absolutely adorable with red zig zag trim and red cord belt. The pattern is schools of fishes! If you love vintage bathing suits, you will have to consider adding this one to your collection! Lined in cotton with back metal zipper and hooks & eyes. This rare bathing suit is a collector's dream!
