This is a fabulous vintage Simplicity 8425 sewing pattern from 1951 for a bridal gown and bridesmaid dress with full skirts. The wedding dress and the bridesmaid dress both have a scalloped neckline but the wedding gown has a sheer fabric attached to the edge that ends in a round neckline. There are long sleeves that come to a point over the wrists and the wedding gown has a gorgeous lace overskirt. The bridesmaid dress has a cummerbund and the sleeves have ties that can be pulled to make them 3/4 length.

Partially cut, complete pattern - pieces are in excellent condition, envelope is torn.

Size 16:  Bust:  34"  Waist:  28"  Hips: 37" (but the hips are free in this style).
