This is a late 1960's vintage skirt and Jacket suit ensemble with the Bill Atkinson Glen of Michigan label. This is a wonderful 2 piece suit in a fabric that almost looks like polished denim! The jacket has a corduroy collar, fabulous metal closures that are reminiscent of Bonnie Cashin but with a Bill Atkinson unique twist, and front flap pockets.
The slim skirt has side slit pockets, metal accents that look like belt loops, and a side zipper for closure. This outfit comes from the estate that also included vintage clothing pieces from important American designers like Bonnie Cashin, Clare Potter, Norman Norell, and Claire McCardell. We estimate this would best fit a modern 6, but please use the measurements as a guide for the best fit!
