Vintage 1960's blue linen dress designed by Geoffrey Beene. The dress was purchased at the department store Meier and Frank in Portland, Oregon in their high end "Crest Room" and has ivory trim, faux front pockets and closes with a zipper in the back.
This pretty summer dress is sleeveless, with an empire waist and is in excellent condition. The only thing to mention is that the zipper might have been replaced and sticks slightly. This dress comes from an estate of several vintage Geoffrey Beene mid century pieces and the original owner loved his designs.
I would estimate this to be a modern day size 2/4, but encourage you to use the measurements as a guide.
