This is a vintage 1980's belt from Carolyn Tanner Designs Inc., Atlanta made of braided gold and multi colored pastel satin ribbons and ribbed beige satin that is covered with gold metal starfish, gold metal seashells, and pink smooth rocks. There is a metal plate in the front of the belt framed by beaded rocks on the sides. The belt closes with velcro, which makes this belt easily adjustable. Estimated size: XS-L
