This important documented vintage Todd Oldham dress is from his 1994/95 Fall/Winter collection. It is an incredible vintage dress with a harlequin or argyle printed rayon velvet with a back zipper. The dress is lined in a gorgeous tie dyed silk in the same yellow, blue, red and green colors.
The long ties can be tied at any length at the shoulders and each of the 4 braided ties has a large black chenille pom pom attached at the end! You can also cross the straps in the front and back to wear it like it was worn on the runway!
This dress style is part of the MET's collection! We have shown the original runway photograph with the dress being worn by Karen Mulder, an original ad for the dress, and a photo of it from the MET.
This dress is labeled a size Medium and we estimate it to fit a modern day US size 6/8, but please always use the measurements as a guide when buying vintage clothing for the best fit!
