This vintage Louis Féraud brown pinstripe pant suit has incredible understated style and sophisticated elegance. The duster style coat has structured shoulders with shoulder pads and a single breast pocket with two functional flap pockets at the hips (they are sewn closed and never used). There is a single gold tone elephant button for closure in the center front and the same buttons are also decorative on the cuffs of the sleeves. This jacket has a very slim 1990's silhouette and has a 16 1/2" kick pleat down the center back seam. The lapel of the jacket is notched and a classic blazer style.
The trousers of this ensemble have a fixed waistband with a single button closure with internal button reinforcement as well as a metal zipper down the center front. The front of the trousers are double pleated and there is a pressed seam down the front and back. There is a slight taper in the leg as it gets closer to the hem. These pants have functional pockets and belt loops.
This gorgeous outfit is made of 100% Pure New Wool with 55% Viscose 45% Polyester lining. Labeled size UK 40/US 10, and we estimate this would best fit a modern day US size 10 as well.

We lay all garments flat and measure as follows*:

BUST - under arm to under arm across the front and then double that measurement. |
Measure the WAISTBAND, widest part of the HIPS, widest part of the THIGH on one leg and width of the CUFF, then double those measurements |

WAIST - find the smallest part of the garment if there isn't an obvious seam for the waist and measure across and then double that measurement. |
LENGTH - Measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the cuff along the side seam. | |
| HIPS - Find the largest part of the hip area and measure flat, then double that measurement. | RISE - Measure from the crotch to the top of the waistband. | |
| LENGTH - from the nape of the neck or the top of the shoulders, depending on the style of garment. We will measure to the waist when applicable, so that you can determine if it will fit your torso, and then a waist down measurement. | INSEAM - Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the cuff along the inside seam. | |
