This is such a beautiful strapless white dress from Suzy Perette from the late 1950's, early 1960's. There are layers of tiered eyelet ruffles with scalloped edges and six rows of eyelets along the edge of each ruffle.
This strapless dress is fully lined, with "boning" for structure in the bodice, and a connected underskirt that hooks at the waist that adds extra fullness to the skirt. The ruffles change direction on the bodice, tiering upward.
We estimate this dress to be a modern US women’s size 2/4. This would make a great summer dress, rehearsal dinner dress, or a fun wedding dress for a more casual wedding.
