Description

This is a such a gorgeous red and white silk print dress suit designed by David Hayes in the 1980's for Neiman Marcus.  David Hayes is a designer label we often see when we purchase higher end estates of vintage clothing. His pieces are always beautifully made and in fabulous colors and prints.

This beautiful outfit includes a short sleeve dress with a round neckline and a cropped jacket. The red and white fabric features tonal dots with an abstract leaf or petal like print.

The dress is white with red abstract shapes at the shoulders, sleeves, and bodice, with the reverse on the skirt portion.

The dress is fully lined with shoulder pads for nice structure. There is a back metal zipper down the center seam and a button for closure.

The round neck jacket has contrasting trim, a large pearlescent flower button and shoulder pads. The reverse side of the jacket has the same fabric lining as the bodice of the dress, white with red print, and the outer fabric is red with white. The cuffs of the sleeves have pearlescent buttons with gold braided casing.
Made in USA of 100% Silk and labeled size 12, we estimate this would best fit am modern day US size 12 as well.
