Description
We really love the print on this vintage Moschino Milano halter dress! This rare piece was designed by Franco Moschino himself for his 1986 Spring / Summer runway show. The print features a print full of belts, chains, Sheriff stars, peace signs and even a Moschino branded keychain!
The dress has central strings that adjust to rouche the bodice, creating a halter neck tie from the center of the neckline. The fit is adjustable, pull the strings tighter for a higher waist, or leave them looser for more of a drop waist.
We are showing an image of the dress from the 1986 runway and we love how Moschino styled with with a leather jacket, leather gloves and a cowboy hat. Franco Moschino used a lot of his favorite icons in his prints and this one evokes a sense of the American West mixed with Bikers and the familiar Moschino peace sign!
"Funny clothes have to be extremely well made because that is where you find the chic. It’s easy to be funny with a T-shirt, but it’s more clever with a mink coat. After all, if caviar was cheaper it would taste much less interesting.”
Franco Moschino
Excellent Condition: One very small and very faint mark near center back seam, not noticeable when worn.
In order to best determine fit, measure yourself or a garment of a similar style that fits you well. Compare those measurements to those on the item description.
