Use measurements, not the listed size, as a guide when purchasing vintage patterns. Size standards are very different today!

Most all patterns can be adapted to accommodate a range of sizes, if you look online, you can find several good tutorials showing how to adjust pattern size.

We love selling vintage vintage sewing patterns because doing so is a natural way for us to support ethical fashion, one of our passions. If you sew, or know a good seamstress who can sew for you, buying vintage patterns and using vintage fabric is a great way, ( than buying vintage clothing of course), to create sustainable, ethical fashion!

In order to best determine fit, measure yourself or a garment of a similar style that fits you well. Compare those measurements to those on the item description.
