McCall's 3753 vintage sewing pattern for a Misses' coat and trousers. This is a great 1970's pantsuit pattern that includes a coat with two length options and a pair of trousers with a high waist. Please keep in mind that vintage sizes are very different from those used today. It is always best to use measurements as a guide.

The description on the envelope reads: Misses' and Junior Coat or Pantsuit: Lined, double breasted coat has front and back yoke, collar, pockets in side front seams. pants have fly front zipper, buttoned waistband.

This vintage pattern is from 1973 and is complete and uncut.

Size: Bust 36" Waist 28" but keep in mind that patterns an be easily adjusted for size.
