This unlabeled, Vicky Tiel vintage floral peplum jacket is in the familiar Vicky Tiel silhouette with one of her signature necklines. We have another Vicky Tiel Couture jacket from the same estate that is very similar.
This pretty vintage black jacket is in a colorful floral print in shades of red, green, and blue. The shoulders of the jacket are structured with shoulder pads and there is a modified sweetheart style neckline with a cut out funnel neck opening. The front of the bust has a pleated detail and there is a metal snap closure along the front opening with black jewel cut buttons continuing down the front. The bottom of the hem has a peplum style fit with a curved edge and layered fabric that creates vents along the hem of the jacket.
This jacket is fully lined and feels like 100% Silk. We estimate this would best fit a modern size 8/10. Please refer to the measurements for the most accurate fit when purchasing vintage clothing online.

We lay all garments flat and measure as follows*:

BUST - under arm to under arm across the front and then double that measurement. |
Measure the WAISTBAND, widest part of the HIPS, widest part of the THIGH on one leg and width of the CUFF, then double those measurements |

WAIST - find the smallest part of the garment if there isn't an obvious seam for the waist and measure across and then double that measurement. |
LENGTH - Measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the cuff along the side seam. | |
| HIPS - Find the largest part of the hip area and measure flat, then double that measurement. | RISE - Measure from the crotch to the top of the waistband. | |
| LENGTH - from the nape of the neck or the top of the shoulders, depending on the style of garment. We will measure to the waist when applicable, so that you can determine if it will fit your torso, and then a waist down measurement. | INSEAM - Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the cuff along the inside seam. | |
